Arogya –

Level 1 – Foundation Path | Suitable for Beginners | In-Studio & Online
Arogya is the gateway to transformation, designed for those seeking better health, emotional balance, and renewed energy. This beginner-friendly path introduces students to the power of conscious movement, breath awareness, and foundational asanas that restore the nervous system and promote mental clarity. Classes in Arogya focus on improving flexibility, mobility, and joint health while steadily building strength and stamina. Each session is crafted to enhance immunity, support emotional regulation, and offer deep relaxation through accessible, breath-led movement. This level is ideal for students healing from stress, stiffness, or sedentary lifestyle challenges. With consistent practice and teacher support, students become eligible to progress to the next level of practice—Sadhana.

Sadhana –
Yoga for Progress, Practice, and Possibility
Level 2 – Intermediate Path | For Evolving Practitioners | In-Studio & Online
Sadhana is for students who have built a foundation in yoga and are ready to deepen their practice. This level introduces the rhythm of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and breath-coordinated Vinyasa Flow, encouraging physical precision and inner awareness. Classes offer step-by-step progressions into foundational backbends, arm balances, hip openers, and strengthening transitions. In addition to asana, students explore kriyas, pranayama, and bandhas to expand their understanding of yoga beyond the physical. With a steady commitment to Sadhana, students cultivate focus, stamina, and clarity—developing the discipline needed to enter the more advanced path of Jnana. Teacher recommendation is required for transition to the next stage.

Jnana – Beyond Practice, Into Wisdom
Level 3 – Advanced Path | By Invitation Only | In-Studio & Online
Jnana is the most refined offering at Eka Tatva Yoga, meant for advanced practitioners who have completed Sadhana and are ready to explore yoga as a moving meditation. Classes in Jnana focus on deepening your experience of the Ashtanga Primary and Intermediate Series in Mysore-style format, advanced Vinyasa transitions, and high-level techniques such as leg-behind-the-head postures, inversions, and intricate backbends. Emphasis is placed on subtle alignment, energetic control through bandhas, extended pranayama practices, and inner stillness. This path fosters complete embodiment, where movement becomes meditative, breath becomes mastery, and awareness leads to transformation. Entry is by teacher recommendation and completion of prior levels.
