Shipping & Return Policy

This policy applies to all physical items sold via Eka Tatva Yoga, including yoga mats, props, and accessories.

 1. Shipping Information

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping (India): 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

• Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and weight.

• Free shipping may be offered on select orders or promotional offers.

3. Failed Deliveries

• If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the buyer will bear the re-shipping charges.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and undamaged

  • There is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered (photo/video evidence required)

• Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Digital/downloadable products

5. Refund Timeline

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
